The Horned woman
My story originates in the Northern Ireland. In this region, there have been violent clashes betwee the Catholics and Protestants dating back to the nineteenth century. The name of the capital city, Belfast, comes from from the city's Gaelic name, Beal Feirste, meaning "mouth of the sandy ford," referring to a stream that joins the Lagan River. Northern Ireland is symbolically headed by the British monarch but it is governed by an elected parliament.
My story fits into the category of being a fairy tale. I know this because the story is about magical stuff such as witches and spells.

Summary
One night, a mistress sat up weaving wool when she heard a knock at the door. She went up to answer the door and saw it was a woman with one horn on her head. She welcomed the on-horned woman in and they both sat by the fire. Weaving quickly, the one-horned woman kept asking where the other woman was. Then there was a second knock at the door. The mistress got up and answered the door and it was a lady with two horns on her head. The mistress let her in and soon more knocks came until there were twelve woman seated around the fire. They all sat there weaving their wool and singing in harmony, but they didn't say a word to the mistress. The mistress was so scared, she tried helplessly to call out for help but the witches had put a spell onto the mistress. Then one of them called to her in Irish, and told the mistress to make them all a cake. So she got all the supplies ready but could not find anything to get water with. The witches told her to take a sieve and get water with that. When the mistress went to go get the water, none came out and she burst into tears. Then a voice came by her and told her some tips to get the water into the sieve. These tips helped her so she was able to get the water. then the voice came back and told her at the north part of her house call out for help three times and she'll be rescued, so she did. When the witches inside heard the call, they took of running to a nearby city. Then too get rid of the spell casted on her, she sprinkled the water in which she had washed her child's feet and mixed in blood drawn from the sleeping family and then took the wool that was woven by the witches, she used to dry her feet.
My story reflects its culture because in Northern Ireland, they believe in fairy tales in which this story uses that.
